On Saturday Cathryn, Maria, Tor and I competed in the Sam Houghton mountain bike challenge starting in Staverly and winding 46km into the mountains before ending up back in Staverly for beers and medals. Rydal, Lake District
On Saturday Cathryn, Maria, Tor and I competed in the Sam Houghton mountain bike challenge starting in Staverly and winding 46km into the mountains before ending up back in Staverly for beers and medals.
